From a business problem to something that works.
Consulting and engineering, brought together around the outcome you need. Each capability can be a two-week diagnostic or a two-year engagement; we scope to the problem and say when a smaller answer will do.
AI and automation
Less repetitive work. More useful capacity.
We design AI into the workflows that matter, with clear boundaries, human review and a practical way to measure whether it helps. We have run AI strategy, a hackathon and builds for a FTSE 100 retailer, and adopted the tools ourselves first: choosing where AI earns its place, structuring a hackathon with Microsoft for a client's own developers, and building a custom language model and design automation that produces a bill of materials, a fitting guide and a picture of the result.
Typical engagements: an AI opportunity review; workflow automation with the exceptions routed to people; AI agents and knowledge assistants; a vendor-neutral platform choice; a custom model built, measured and handed over.
Data and intelligence
The foundations that make answers dependable.
Most AI projects fail on data, not on models. We design the data platform, the integration between the systems that hold the facts, and the reporting people trust, from a realigned business intelligence function for an industrial supplier to automated reporting for a fund manager on the Microsoft 365 licences it already paid for.
Typical engagements: a data platform architecture; integration of the systems of record; business intelligence rebuilt around the decisions it serves; the reporting a board or a regulator asks for.
Digital products and integration
E-commerce, loyalty and customer apps, connected to the systems behind them.
We launched Starbucks Rewards in South Africa and the apps and loyalty programme behind a multi-brand restaurant group, and managed the build of an industrial supplier's e-commerce platform. The product is half the work; the integration into point of sale, stock and payments is the other half.
Typical engagements: an e-commerce launch; a loyalty programme from design to live; a customer app across several brands; a new platform integrated with the systems already in place.
Technology strategy and delivery
The problem written down properly, the roadmap sized to the business, the implementation run to plan.
Before any software is bought we map what happens today, find the overlaps and fix the sequence. The roadmap fits the business, the budget and the team you actually have. Where software is required we evaluate the vendors on your behalf with no stake in the outcome, and sometimes the answer is not to buy. Then we project-manage the build, hold vendors to the proposal and stay until it runs.
Typical engagements: a business and process analysis; a technology roadmap and architecture; a vendor evaluation; a programme run from proposal to go-live.
